I’ve spent my career working where politics meets policy.
I’ve worked inside political parties and governments, run a think tank, advised foundations and international organizations, and worked on campaigns and major initiatives in the US, UK and internationally.
I’ve learned a lot about how change actually happens, and why it so often doesn’t. Now I’ve become interested in a more fundamental question.

Alongside my consulting work, I am pursuing doctoral research at Georgetown University focused on democratic self-government under conditions planetary interdependence and powerful structural forces.
My interest is not in predicting the future.
It is in creating the space to think seriously about it — together.
