About
I’m a big thinker and ideas person, and love organizing conversations to get to grips with problems and find practical and pragmatic ways to advance an agenda.
I’ve had lots of big jobs: I ran a think tank in Washington DC, several political campaigns, managed a Policy Unit for a Political Party and a Performance Delivery Unit for a Big City Mayor.

Claire M. Healy
I am best working with clients on their complex issues, helping to clarify outcomes based on what is necessary, feasible and possible; and then devising a path forward that is collaborative, has a clear direction and concrete next steps.
I am combining consulting on impactful projects with doing a doctorate. My research focus is developing politically palatable pathways to decarbonize and protect nature.
I like working in an environment that’s timebound (by an election or event) or at a moment of inflection that has a big impact. I love the energy that focuses the mind and creates momentum for change.
